Manager, Vendor Mgmt

Location: Bogotá, Colombia, or alternate hybrid location in Manila, Philippines. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

A global healthcare organization developing innovative Medicine and MedTech solutions, with this role supporting HR operations for DePuy Synthes.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end vendor management, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding.
• Establish vendor governance frameworks covering KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve service quality, operational efficiency, vendor performance, and employee experience.
• Monitor vendor spend, financial trends, billing accuracy, savings opportunities, and budget alignment.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, renewals, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other functions to manage risks, escalations, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, HR operations, finance operations, or a related area.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors and driving service delivery performance.
• Strong knowledge of vendor governance, SLA management, financial monitoring, contract lifecycle processes, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• English proficiency is required; the role is based in Bogotá or an alternate hybrid location in Manila.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in HR shared services, HR outsourcing, global vendor management, or multi-region operations.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, digital HR platforms, transformation initiatives, vendor risk management, or compliance programs.
• Certifications in vendor management, procurement, or project management, such as PMP or CIPS.
