Associate Director, Treasury & Cash Management (Fintech)

Location: New York Office, 44 Wall Street; in-person collaboration required

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and full benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across corporate and settlement accounts.
• Review, approve, and execute high-value wires, ACH transactions, and debit card fund transfers.
• Oversee cash reconciliations to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies and banking inquiries.
• Analyze cash-flow forecast variances and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Audit cash-management workflows and design scalable automation and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory examination teams while mentoring junior treasury staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• 6+ years of corporate finance experience, including 3–4 years focused on cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking integrations.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, advanced Excel functions, or ERP treasury modules.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and independent initiative skills.
• Experience in retail brokerage, fintech, or fast-paced financial services is highly advantageous.

Nice to have

• CPA license, Certified Treasury Professional certification, or public accounting/audit experience.
