RCM Implementation Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities for revenue cycle management solutions.
• Configure billing rules, payer setups, and claim workflows according to customer requirements and best practices.
• Analyze customer workflows and recommend system configurations that support operational goals.
• Validate claims and troubleshoot rejections, denials, processing errors, and standard system issues.
• Document workflows, implementation decisions, system configurations, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Use analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 or more years of experience in system implementation, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations.
• Understanding of revenue cycle workflows and processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies and processes quickly.
