AI Training Program Lead

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of an enterprise-wide AI technical and functional learning curriculum.
• Build persona-based learning tracks by mapping role-specific workflows and creating beginner, intermediate, and advanced pathways.
• Co-design technically accurate training assets, self-paced modules, and hands-on laboratory exercises with AI engineers, subject-matter experts, and instructional designers.
• Oversee instructor-led deep dives, virtual self-paced learning, bootcamps, and enablement sessions.
• Establish feedback loops with participants and business managers to refine content based on workflow challenges and product roadmaps.
• Measure training effectiveness through learner engagement, skills acquisition, progression metrics, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional technology-sector experience, including project or program management for large-scale programs.
• 5+ years of experience developing curricula for complex technical concepts.
• Hands-on experience with the data and AI learning landscape, including co-designing and developing learning pathways.
• Experience driving alignment across cross-site, cross-group, and matrixed teams without direct organizational authority.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise training, enablement, or technology education programs.
• Experience managing vendor contracts, service-level agreements, and co-design initiatives.
• Experience creating metrics and dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience architecting multi-tiered learning paths, instructional design frameworks, or corporate university curricula.
• Familiarity with AI implementations and workplace training methodologies.
