Assembly Operator Lead - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; 3rd shift, onsite production role

Salary: $24.24–$44.42 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily production goals and maintain uninterrupted flow in assigned production areas.
• Communicate with internal resources to resolve problems affecting production.
• Reduce waste and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee training and staffing for the assigned area.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and monitor performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of production or manufacturing experience with lead experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with work order management.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, manufacturing or ihirify.globalory software, and the Internet.
• Ability to communicate expectations, coach production staff, enforce procedures, and achieve results.
• Ability to train operators on standard work, work instructions, machine adjustments, product quality, and operational policies.
