Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery of enterprise AI learning programs and initiatives.
• Manage execution calendars for learning programs and launches.
• Coordinate content reviews, localization, user acceptance testing, publishing, and event logistics.
• Track participation, completion, feedback, and other program metrics through dashboards and reports.
• Support LMS and LXP administration, maintenance, and platform operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance AI learning resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of experience in learning operations, program management, instructional support, or a related area.
• Strong written and excellent oral communication skills.
• Excellent project coordination and execution skills.
• Experience administering learning platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and workstreams in a detail-oriented manner.
