Maintenance Tech II (3rd Shift) + Sign-On

Location: Onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.; overtime when required

Salary: Starting at $34.25 per hour, depending on experience; $2,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Diagnose equipment failures and perform complex emergency, unscheduled, and corrective repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, production, and facility equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain equipment according to OEM standards.
• Maintain conveyor systems and distribution center machinery while minimizing downtime and protecting service-level performance.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders, document maintenance activities, and report unusual operating conditions.
• Operate forklifts, order selectors, pallet jacks, floor sweepers, and other motorized equipment as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• At least 2 years of electrical repair experience.
• At least 2 years of conveyor maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to work onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, on the third shift.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
