Maintenance Technician - Nights

Location: 670 Hardy Rd, Painesville, Ohio, USA. Onsite night shift, C Team, 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Hiring rate: $32–$40 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, waste, and equipment failures.
• Install, inspect, and repair motors, wiring, switchboards, relays, and circuit breakers.
• Partner with production teams and engineers to identify root causes and implement long-term equipment fixes.
• Maintain shop equipment in line with OSHA standards and keep the workspace safe and organized.
• Support facility upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, and routine grounds maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair experience.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and logical troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, curiosity, and teamwork.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
