Client Service Representative - Part-time (15hrs/weekly)

Location: On-site at Halifax-18 Parkland Dr., Halifax, NS, Canada. Work may involve multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Assist clients with everyday banking questions, accounts, products, and transactions.
• Provide a meaningful client experience and connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists.
• Listen to client concerns, resolve issues, and take accountability for finding suitable solutions.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and support multiple nearby centres when required.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Client-focused approach with strong empathy, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve client issues, ask effective questions, and collaborate with other team members.
• Comfort with financial products, transaction services, technology, and digital banking tools.
• Availability for 15 hours per week and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at nearby banking centres.
