Client Service and Support Representative Unilingual/Bilingual - Contract - 100% REMOTE

Location: 100% remote within Canada; current Canadian work authorization required. Toronto office listed. Rotating Monday–Friday shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.

Salary: CAD 26.40–33.80 per hour.

What you will do

• Administer client accounts and process financial and non-financial transactions for mutual fund retail accounts.
• Execute trades and contact internal and external clients to resolve transactions that are not in good order.
• Provide inbound support to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors.
• Help advisors and investors with information supporting short-term and long-term investment planning.

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable learning new technologies.
• French and English bilingualism is required for applicants in Quebec.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Strong written and verbal French communication skills outside roles where bilingualism is required.
