Client Service Representative - Part-time (30 hours/week)

Location: On-site in Halifax, NS, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, accounts, and financial products.
• Answer questions and assist with transaction services.
• Connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists to support their financial goals.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Client service and customer experience orientation.
• Knowledge of financial products and transaction services.
• Digital literacy and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to standards compliance.
• Ability to work on-site full-time despite the part-time schedule of 30 hours per week.
