Client Service Representative - Part-time (15 hours/week)

Location: On-site in Fredericton, NB, at Fredericton-Priestman & Smythe; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and financial products.
• Answer questions, assist with banking transactions, and resolve client issues.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Strong client service, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and transaction services.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain mobile banking applications.
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel between nearby banking centres.
• Commitment to client focus, empathy, teamwork, accountability, and compliance with standards.
