Contact Centre Representative (Cards, Costco, Remote) - Bilingual

Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada; primarily remote with occasional on-site attendance and the ability to reach the primary work location within two hours for business purposes

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for Costco card clients.
• Support clients with hirify.global card products, accounts, and day-to-day banking needs.
• Resolve issues efficiently by listening, asking questions, and identifying client needs.
• Provide personalized advice and recommend relevant banking solutions.
• Connect clients with appropriate hirify.global contacts and internal departments.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, within the contact centre's operating hours.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English to support business operations outside Quebec.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in learning hirify.global products, systems, and banking options.
• Secure home workspace with a door, wired internet, and minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Ability to attend the primary work location within two hours' notice when required.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
