Engineering Opportunities - Defence & Nuclear

Location: Hybrid office-based in Glasgow, hybrid site-based in Helensburgh, or remote with occasional office or site visits. Applicants must be sole British nationals and eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of UK Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Deliver engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle for Defence and Nuclear infrastructure programmes.
• Produce, review, and approve technical documentation, calculations, and reports.
• Support design, analysis, verification, technical assurance, and governance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating technical risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and support project planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers where applicable.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more of electrical, EC&I, mechanical, civil, structural, or nuclear safety engineering.
• Experience in technical assurance, engineering design and analysis, project delivery, or engineering leadership within highly regulated industries.
• Relevant HNC, HND, degree, master's degree, or equivalent industry experience.
• Sole British nationality is required.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of UK Security Clearance is required.
