Façade Engineer (Building Engineering)

What you will do

• Assist with the delivery of façade projects, including investigative surveys, defect assessments, and large-scale new-build developments.
• Provide technical façade engineering advice to clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop high-quality façade documentation, specifications, reports, and technical deliverables.
• Review specialist contractor submissions and support practical engineering solutions.
• Research new façade products and disseminate supporting technical literature.
• Communicate effectively through digital approaches and contribute to the growth of the building engineering business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, or significant experience in the façade industry.
• Strong façade design experience and detailed knowledge of structure, weathertightness, fire protection, thermal performance, and durability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report preparation skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach in a multidisciplinary environment.
• UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be eligible for an alternative UK immigration route that does not require sponsorship.
