Field Reimbursement Manager (Dermatology) - Charlotte, NC

Location: Greater Charlotte, NC area, United States; working from home with field activity 4 days per week

Salary: $165,600–$209,600 annually

What you will do

• Support healthcare provider offices in obtaining appropriate access to hirify.global and alliance products, including Dupixent.
• Develop and execute strategic access and reimbursement plans for products and customer accounts.
• Educate physician offices on product coverage, payer requirements, utilization management, and specialty pharmacy processes.
• Resolve payer coverage barriers while following company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with sales directors, medical specialists, payer teams, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain expertise in reimbursement and access across current and future therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics in a matrix environment.
• At least 2 years of reimbursement experience.
• Experience with products delivered through a specialty pharmacy network.
• Knowledge of commercial insurers, managed care, government and federal payer sectors, integrated delivery networks, and integrated health systems.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and expertise in Medicare Part D, along with strong collaboration and proactive communication skills.
