Assembly Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

Develops aerospace sensors, actuators, fluid controls, motion control systems, and other critical components for commercial, defense, and industrial platforms.

What you will do

• Plan, assign, and coordinate assembly and test technician work across assigned programs and locations.
• Maintain training records, safety plans, ordnance-handling requirements, and forklift and crane operational requirements.
• Manage parts inventory, logistics, shipments, and tool accountability for assembly and checkout activities.
• Support facility improvements, modifications, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Coach team members, provide performance feedback, deliver training, and direct daily work.

Requirements

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in assembly, production, testing, or field operations.
• Knowledge of assembly operations, inventory control, logistics, and safety requirements.
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must work at the Tempe, Arizona location.
