Senior Procurement Reporting Analyst (Workforce Analytics)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The role operates in a professional office environment and requires reliable high-speed wired internet for remote work.

Salary: $87,400–$123,400 base salary per year, with potential participation in a bonus program.

What you will do

• Develop reporting, dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical tools covering external workforce spend, utilization, demand, trends, and supplier performance.
• Perform forecasting, capacity planning, workforce modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis to support sourcing and workforce decisions.
• Analyze cost drivers, rate trends, pricing structures, workforce mix, spending patterns, and supplier performance to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor data accuracy, completeness, consistency, governance, and integrity across VMS, HRIS, procurement, and financial systems.
• Translate complex workforce data into actionable insights, executive-ready presentations, business cases, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Procurement, HR, Finance, Technology, and business teams to improve reporting standards, data definitions, controls, and analytical processes.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, workforce planning, procurement analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with external labor, contingent workforce, or related workforce data, including dashboards and analytical reporting.
• Experience with trend analysis, forecasting, financial analysis, or workforce modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical and reporting tools.
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, communication, data visualization, and data integrity skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in retirement services, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with VMS, MSP models, HRIS, procurement systems, and financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with large, complex workforce or financial datasets.
