Systems Administrator (Azure/Windows)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, Azure, SQL Server, Cisco networking, Alletra SAN, VPN, Veeam, Azure SSO, monitoring tools, and Zoom Phone.
• Design, configure, install, upgrade, and optimize network, server, cloud, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Implement security best practices, conduct system audits, and support compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Diagnose complex technical issues, provide user support, coordinate with vendors, and document configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain disaster recovery strategies and support planned maintenance windows and outages, including occasional nights and weekends.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Cisco and Meraki experience with switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Experience with Azure MFA and SSO, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Strong Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Experience configuring and managing IPsec tunnels and VPNs.
• Experience with network design in Azure or hybrid cloud infrastructure, plus VoIP systems and network design.
• Professional communication skills, reliability, punctuality, discretion with sensitive data, and the ability to solve complex network issues.
