System Administrator

What you will do

• Administer Okta SSO, Okta Workflows, user provisioning, deprovisioning, groups, policies, and permissions.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Google Workspace, Kandji, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian tools, and Slack.
• Support Windows and macOS endpoints, VPN access, Cloudflare DNS, and administration in AWS and GCP.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycles, procurement, shipping, decommissioning, and IT inventory records.
• Maintain the IT service desk queue, meet SLA targets, perform access audits, support IT projects, and communicate with internal users.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Experience with Okta SSO and Okta Workflows scripting and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Autopilot, Google Workspace, and Apple device management.
• Experience administering Jira, Confluence, Atlassian tools, Slack, Cloudflare DNS, Windows, and macOS workstations.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills; a bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Security operations experience with endpoint protection, compliance, and access reviews.
• Additional scripting or workflow automation expertise.
• Experience with AWS and GCP cloud environments.
