Government Contracts Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Develop acquisition and contracting strategies supporting federal growth priorities.
• Manage contract execution from initial development through review, negotiation, and signature.
• Administer government contracts by tracking funding, modifications, requirements, deadlines, and records.
• Partner with Growth, Legal, and the General Counsel on FAR, DFARS, and DoD Directive 5000 series requirements.
• Monitor SAM.gov, Tradewinds, Needipedia, and other procurement resources for relevant solicitations.
• Manage hirify.global’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract and support proposals, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and consortium agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with U.S. government acquisition or contracting activities and demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
• Experience across multiple stages of the federal acquisition and contract lifecycle, including planning, solicitation, award, administration, modification, and closeout.
• Experience reviewing, developing, or negotiating federal contracts, pricing approaches, and related agreements.
• Strong communication, documentation, analysis, and contract administration skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Federal Contract Specialist.
• Experience with federal or military contracting organizations and GSA Schedule contracting.
• CFCM, CCCM, CPCM, DAWIA certification, or an equivalent federal acquisition credential.
