Customer Experience Banker-(Aurora, CO-Quincy and Buckley)

Location: Aurora, CO; office-based

Salary: $22.00–$24.00 hourly

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and provide accurate, efficient transaction processing.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Build and grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, mobile tools, and online banking.
• Resolve customer issues and refer customers to other areas of the bank when appropriate.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, communication, presentation, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Ability to meet additional background-check requirements, including fingerprinting under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
