Assistant Branch Experience Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: Greystone branch, Birmingham, Alabama, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Manage branch staff when the Branch Experience Manager is absent.
• Coach, train, and hold employees accountable for following the Sales Flow Model.
• Support branch sales goals, action plans, reports, lead lists, and corporate initiatives.
• Assess training comprehension, sales-flow confidence, operational efficiency, and CRM usage.
• Serve members by providing account information, opening accounts, resolving issues, and promoting relevant products and services.
• Represent Avadian in the local communities and maintain a positive member and staff experience.

Requirements

• Significant financial services and sales experience.
• One to three years of retail banking experience.
• Experience working with sales quotas or managing sales.
• Ability to meet branch sales objectives and maintain member satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism, decisiveness, and a positive attitude.
• High school education or GED; availability to work weekends and provide relief coverage at other branches when needed.
