Branch Banking - Assistant Leader (Banking)

Location: Huntington, IN 46750, United States; onsite branch role

Salary: $20.87–$35.74 per hour

What you will do

• Drive growth of primary client relationships, deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Support sales initiatives and make effective client introductions to the appropriate team members.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and support talent management for branch employees.
• Promote exceptional client engagement, education, and service using available tools and systems.
• Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks.
• Maintain operational excellence and complete special projects and required compliance training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, including GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 2 years of branch sales experience.
• Experience with a variety of banking products and banking risk management.
• Ability to build effective stakeholder and client relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, drive, and occasionally lift items as required by the role.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of branch banking or financial institution sales experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
