Talent Acquisition Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Source candidates for technical and commercial roles through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for critical positions.
• Create personalized outreach and engage high-potential candidates.
• Screen candidates and take increasing ownership of first interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and search strategies.
• Manage candidate communication, track recruiting metrics, and improve sourcing and hiring processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent German and English.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong interest in recruiting, startups, and technology.
• Ability to research people, assess candidate profiles, and communicate confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or a startup.
