Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote within France, with the option to work from the Paris office or choose a hybrid setup.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the shared platform and end-to-end customer journeys across onboarding, configuration, operation, expansion, and renewal.
• Lead the evolution of the unified Dashboard, workspaces, onboarding flows, product-led growth capabilities, and cross-product workflows.
• Shape shared foundations including identity, authentication, user management, SSO, RBAC, APIs, integrations, data ingress and egress, and developer-facing capabilities.
• Own product strategy for provisioning, configuration, support, entitlements, packaging, usage metering, billing, and account administration.
• Use AI to improve onboarding, self-service, customer insights, configuration, expansion opportunities, and internal workflows.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Go-to-Market teams around measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, data products, or operational systems.
• Technical fluency across systems, architecture, identity, security, data, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy, prioritize effectively, and ship products with measurable impact.
• Strong business judgment, communication skills, and ability to align senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfort leading through ambiguity with a collaborative, low-ego approach.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to work remotely from France are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS administration and data-intensive Dashboard experiences.
• Experience with identity, authentication, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, or enterprise administration.
• Experience with developer platforms, APIs, integrations, data infrastructure, or AI-agent ecosystems.
• Experience with provisioning, entitlements, usage metering, billing, or product-led growth.
• Experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or another high-scale, trust-sensitive environment.
