Senior Product Manager – Verification & Authentication (Fintech)

Location: Remote or hybrid from Spain, Germany, France, Serbia, Belgium, or the UK only. Remote work from abroad is available for up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Verification and Authentication across Verify API, MFA, silent verification, push, passwordless, and emerging authentication models.
• Conduct market and customer discovery with enterprises, developers, Sales, and go-to-market teams.
• Lead API and SDK strategy to improve developer adoption, integration speed, and scalable usage.
• Balance fraud reduction, authentication decisioning, step-up efficiency, and customer experience.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to integrate risk signals, machine learning models, and adaptive authentication capabilities.
• Lead and develop Product Managers while aligning Sales, Engineering, Fraud Operations, Legal, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience owning multi-team, platform-level initiatives.
• Deep experience in fraud, trust and safety, identity, payments, fintech, or high-scale regulated platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, SDKs, authentication technologies, machine learning model integration, data pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
• Proven ability to build developer-centric products and execute multi-year product strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong cross-organizational influence, executive communication, product judgment, and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required; an MBA or strong commercial acumen is a plus.
