FP&A Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: New York City, United States; based in the New York office

What you will do

• Own and evolve the financial model, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount planning.
• Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, reforecasts, and budget variance analysis.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses covering revenue segmentation, cohorts, pricing, hiring, operating expenses, and international expansion.
• Define and report the company KPI framework and maintain management dashboards with the Business Systems team.
• Partner with department heads on budgets, headcount, spending, and actionable financial recommendations.
• Steer the month-end close process and coordinate with the external accounting firm.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising support.
• Experience using BI tools and dashboards such as ChartMogul, Looker, or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous investment banking or venture capital analyst experience.
• Experience with multi-entity setups or the US business context.
• Python or SQL skills for querying data from other systems.
