Senior Technical Product Manager (Insurance Products & Benefits)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States; hybrid home/office work. Home work requires a dedicated space that protects member PHI/HIPAA information and an internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle of insurance products, platforms, or major capabilities.
• Define product goals, success metrics, acceptance criteria, and requirements based on customer, business, and technology needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on solution approaches, integrations, data flows, technical constraints, and delivery strategies.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs, plan releases and sprints with ARTs and Scrum teams, monitor progress, and remove blockers.
• Align business, engineering, testing, operations, and product stakeholders around priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Track KPIs, adoption, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or Management.
• 5+ years of recent Technical Product Management experience in a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product development methodologies.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for daily work and ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business, management, or a relevant field.
• Professional Product Management certification.
• Experience in large enterprise IT delivery environments or delivering enterprise software, platforms, or digital products.
