Senior Manager Technical Product Owner (AI Workbench)

Location: Hybrid role based in Titusville, New Jersey, or Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $122,000–$211,025 per year

What you will do

• Own the technology strategy, product roadmap, lifecycle management, backlog, prioritization, and release planning for Marketing Workbench.
• Translate commercial marketing objectives, user needs, and future-state operating models into scalable AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Lead the design of workflows connecting insights, content planning and creation, review and approval, analytics, and decision support.
• Define how intelligent agents, enterprise data, workflow orchestration, and automation support marketers from insight to action.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Privacy, AI, Compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive governance, vendor relationships, adoption, organizational readiness, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, digital products, marketing technology, enterprise software, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital products from strategy through implementation and optimization.
• Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing investments, translating business needs into technical requirements, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong agile product management, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing technology vendors without relying on direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, agentic workflows, workflow orchestration, intelligent automation, or other emerging technologies.
• Background in marketing, content operations, omnichannel engagement, commercial operations, analytics, or AI-enabled business capabilities.
• Experience with healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree.
