Sr. Product Manager

Location: Remote, open to any location in the United States. Travel up to 25% of the time.

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, with potential annual performance bonus and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Translate product vision into prioritized features, epics, and user stories based on customer feedback, market analysis, and user personas.
• Manage the backlog for agile sprint teams and partner with R&D and Scrum Masters throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define product requirements and support releases from initial definition through beta, showcase, and retrospectives.
• Partner with product marketing to develop value propositions and communicate product features and benefits.
• Monitor product success metrics including adoption, profitability, NPS, and market share growth.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to align products with broader CDK strategy and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS and full-lifecycle product management.
• Experience creating features, epics, and user stories and driving end-to-end product releases.
• Experience with Agile software or DevOps methodologies and globally distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer facilitation, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
