Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote in the USA, California

Salary: $129,300–$172,300 annually

What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative products.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prioritize opportunities using market and user research.
• Define customer requirements across product features, target markets, pricing, and the overall customer experience.
• Develop product metrics, analyze usage and competition, and identify opportunities for enhancements and competitive differentiation.
• Guide product development teams on product evolution, priorities, upgrades, and deployments.
• Collaborate with customers, technology, sales, internal stakeholders, and external influencers on product direction and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of directly related experience in product or services development.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills across stakeholder and management levels.
• Experience with product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy.
• Strong business acumen, strategic agility, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Successful experience designing, developing, and executing complex projects.
