Product Group Manager – Data Management/Cards

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Cards data management strategy for analytics and reporting.
• Set priorities for data inventory, sourcing, lineage, metadata, quality, and controls.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and governance teams to define requirements and resolve data issues.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, timeliness, and reporting reliability.
• Maintain business definitions, data flows, ownership records, and report dependency documentation.
• Lead data modernization initiatives involving pipelines, reporting platforms, dashboards, and data catalog adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related functions.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Python, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, controls, privacy requirements, access controls, and reporting practices.
• Strong partnership, communication, executive presentation, analytical, and data issue remediation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting financial services, risk, regulatory reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience leading data, analytics, or reporting initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
