Product Owner II (Data and Automation)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Birmingham, AL; or Denver, CO

Base salary: $75,000–$137,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, customer perspective, product backlog, and business priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Data Owners, and Compliance teams to identify data challenges and AI opportunities.
• Review operational data and AI-generated findings to identify data quality issues and define remediation plans.
• Design prompts and AI workflows for analyzing data quality and business processes.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions using Microsoft AI and data platforms.
• Validate Scrum Team deliveries and present findings, recommendations, and solution designs to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience and a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience in data engineering, data management, analytics, or application development.
• Experience supporting or developing agentic AI, generative AI, Copilot, or other LLM-based solutions.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and requirements gathering skills.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data privacy, data classification, and data security.
• Employment is in-office at one of the listed United States locations; visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, prompt engineering, and data governance.
• Experience with data visualization, UX design, Scrum, prioritization, and solutions development.
