What you will do

• Lead global direct-material procurement across all categories.
• Manage and develop a global, multi-layered procurement and supply-chain organization of more than 40 professionals.
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies, drive cost innovation, and improve spend leverage.
• Oversee purchasing processes, material planning, supplier strategy, supply-base consolidation, and performance optimization.
• Implement advanced procurement processes, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, contract management, and knowledge-management improvements.
• Advise senior leadership on supply-market trends, business continuity, supplier risk, growth initiatives, and operational transformation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, BPO, or supply-chain management.
• Experience leading global teams of 40+ professionals through multiple leadership levels, including Senior Directors.
• VP-level experience or equivalent enterprise leadership responsibility in a complex global organization.
• Broad multi-commodity procurement experience, ideally including strategic category management and semiconductor or technology industry experience.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, negotiation, supplier-management, and executive-communication skills.
• Experience working across Europe, the Americas, and Asia and leading culturally diverse organizations.
