Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle)

What you will do

• Administer and provide production support for Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM, and other financial system applications.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP updates, configurations, security controls, permissions, and chart of accounts.
• Evaluate, customize, and implement Oracle embedded AI and AI Agent Studio capabilities across Finance and Procurement.
• Develop Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence Reports and support financial systems projects from design through production deployment.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements with Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Drive automation, data integrity, standard operating procedures, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement modules.
• Cross-functional knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Leases, and General Ledger.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering financial systems solutions through design, development, testing, and production deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and technical explanation skills.
