What you will do

• Originate, acquire, and market high-quality residential mortgage loans.
• Use conventional, VA construction, and in-house portfolio lending products to structure complex loans.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with Realtors, builders, financial planners, and local professionals.
• Develop marketing strategies to generate new mortgage business and meet sales goals.
• Explain lending programs, policies, and regulatory requirements while delivering member service.
• Analyze loan documentation, cross-sell credit union products, and ensure loans meet federal and state guidelines.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Proven external sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain referral networks.
• Solid understanding of agency and investor guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
