Mortgage Loan Officer

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, develop prospective clients, and conduct sales calls.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, loan origination, financial analysis, and sales.
• Customer relationship management, client prospecting, effective communication, and customer solution development skills.
• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program; comparable education and experience may be considered.
• Additional background checks may be required under consumer financial protection regulations.
