Mortgage Loan Officer (Mortgages)

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and customer requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, develop prospective opportunities, and conduct sales calls.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of mortgages, banking products, loan origination, financial analysis, sales, and customer relationships.
• Strong customer focus, communication, selling, scheduling, and risk-management skills.
• Must work in the Grand Rapids, Michigan office.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
