Mortgage Loan Officer (Mortgage)

Location: In-office in Greater Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions that align with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, identify prospective opportunities, and conduct sales calls.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience, or successful completion of a formal development program; comparable education, certification, or experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, loan origination, financial analysis, sales, and customer relationship management.
• Strong customer focus, communication, selling, scheduling, and risk-management skills.
• Must work in-office in the Greater Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking and mortgage regulations.
