What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial well-being initiatives.
• Drive consumer and business household acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, and business banking results through sales and community involvement.
• Coach the team on consultative selling, technology-enabled customer interactions, problem resolution, and omnichannel service delivery.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, compliance, and sales-practice risks.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage people, multiple priorities, business development, and risk.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates must pass additional background checks required by banking regulations.
• This is an in-office position in Saint Augustine, Florida; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
