Senior Analyst Revenue Integrity & Governance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; minimal travel of 0–10% may be required for annual team meetings or corporate training.

What you will do

• Manage the deal pricing pipeline, transactional data modeling, and contract turnaround processes.
• Audit contract terms and rebate structures against US GAAP and ASC 606 requirements.
• Build financial sensitivity models for tiered pricing proposals and targeted gross margins.
• Track post-implementation performance, historical collections, price concessions, and pricing variances.
• Coordinate with sales, billing, and accounting teams to map custom rates to compliant billing frameworks and reduce insurance denials.
• Develop standardized pricing templates and governance tracking systems while supporting executive-level financial decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, commercial finance, or revenue accounting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data tables, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and VLOOKUP.
• Practical knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, variable consideration, price concessions, and contract governance.
• Ability to explain accounting requirements, margins, and contract criteria to sales teams and executive leadership.
• Must work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, laboratory, or biotechnology sectors.
• Experience with commercial insurance, Medicaid reimbursement, and payer policy frameworks.
• CPA or CFA certification.
