Senior Financial Analyst (Operations FP&A)

Location: Orange County, California, United States; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days on-site at the Orange County manufacturing and intake facility

Salary: $94,000–$122,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, communicating key drivers and implications.
• Support CORS, gross-margin, operating-expense, and headcount forecasting and reporting with the Cost Accounting team.
• Prepare monthly business reviews, project and capital updates, roll-forwards, and other management reporting.
• Own monthly close activities, including accruals, reclasses, and headcount reconciliations.
• Build ROI models for savings initiatives and strategic projects, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with leaders and budget owners to manage expenses, track spending, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or a related role.
• Experience with financial modeling and large data sets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days on-site in Orange County, California.

• Healthcare, medical device, or public company experience.
• Operations or manufacturing finance and Cost Accounting experience.
• Experience with QAD, SAP, or financial planning tools such as Adaptive.
• High attention to detail, proactive ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
