Value & Access Insights Senior Associate (US Remote)

What you will do

• Monitor and assess emerging federal and state healthcare policies and legislation affecting the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Design, prepare, and maintain financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and business impact assessments.
• Quantify the effects of policy changes on pricing, reimbursement, coverage, patient access, revenue, and organizational performance.
• Use analytics and forecasts to support internal and external decision-making.
• Collaborate with value and access, finance, government affairs, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Present data-driven recommendations and constructively challenge assumptions to support strategic problem-solving.

Requirements

• Work location: US Remote; the role is limited to the U.S. excluding Puerto Rico.
• Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 6 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years in policy, finance, consulting, and/or analytics.
• Experience or strong capability in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze complex healthcare policies and quantify financial and operational impacts.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, including communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing federal and state policies affecting the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of U.S. government pricing programs and concepts, including ASP, AMP, Best Price, Medicaid, and 340B.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience and familiarity with patient, script, claim, and government data.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience building complex financial or analytical models.
• Strategic mindset and willingness to learn.
