Marketing Technologist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the advancement, integration, and ongoing support of the marketing technology stack, including AI capabilities.
• Manage MarTech roadmaps, platform integrations, feature enrichment, and vendor relationships.
• Optimize marketing operational processes, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance measurement.
• Develop training and change management programs to improve adoption of MarTech tools.
• Represent marketing in cross-functional corporate technology, operations, prioritization, and strategy discussions.

Requirements

• Five years of professional experience in MarTech, including CRM, CDP, MMP, analytics, and model-driven targeting.
• Five years of experience in marketing process optimization, data architecture, data lakes or warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Five years of experience integrating MarTech solutions and middleware platforms.
• Three years of experience analyzing business and marketing requirements and defining prioritized product roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, technology management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication, technical, analytical, strategic thinking, project planning, budget management, collaboration, and change management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, technology management, or a related field.
• Technology management, human-centered design, design thinking, or project management certification.
