Product Owner

hirify.global is a healthcare organization developing and managing service and analytic products.

What you will do

• Manage service or analytic products and translate product strategy into business and functional requirements.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog covering at least three sprints, including story acceptance and backlog health.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and confirm that completed work meets quality and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, business leads, development teams, and external vendors on roadmaps and releases.
• Track product status, communicate release capabilities, and represent the product in governance meetings.
• Review and approve test scripts for in-track and regression testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, information management, or a closely related field.
• At least three years of experience in product ownership, strategic consulting, design thinking, product development and management, or project/program management.
• At least three years of experience working with external clients and fostering positive relationships and outcomes.
• Experience with agile methodology, prioritization, estimation, user stories, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania, United States, for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, or information management.
• Agile certification from Scrum.org, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, or another recognized provider.
