ServiceNow Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. Citizenship required. Travel: None.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and execute system, functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow applications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, traceability documentation, test data, and status reports.
• Lead UAT with end users, document results, manage feedback, and support feature acceptance.
• Track defects, validate resolutions, and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Provide QA expertise across requirements analysis, risk assessment, release planning, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant quality assurance, software testing, systems testing, or application testing experience.
• Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments.
• Experience developing and executing automated tests with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management, including HAM, SAM, and/or EAM.
• U.S. Citizenship is required, with no exceptions; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is required.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or another relevant ServiceNow certification.
• Experience testing integrations, workflows, business rules, catalog items, forms, reports, or custom applications.
• Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect and requirements management tools.
• Federal Government or Legislative Branch consulting experience.
