What you will do

• Design and develop moderately complex automated test scripts.
• Execute automated test cases and report results using defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Maintain and update existing automation scripts to align with application changes.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to understand application functionality and requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to associate automation quality engineers.
• Perform manual testing tasks when necessary.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of overall testing experience with 2-3 years specifically in automation.
• Proficiency in Python programming (Core concepts).
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Karate, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) and version control systems like Git.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database testing.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT) is available.

Nice to have

• AWS or Python Certification.
• Experience creating Unit testing frameworks using Python.
• Knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in UI/API functional testing.
