Shipping and Receiving Operator (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Dublin, Ireland, with reliable commuting required to the Ballyboughal, North County Dublin facility. Personal transportation is highly desirable due to the site location.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process deliveries from customers and suppliers.
• Review aerospace documentation, material certifications, traceability records, and incoming material data.
• Store and label materials safely while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting stock audits.
• Prepare materials, components, and finished products for shipment according to aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate shipping documentation and labels and coordinate dispatches with approved couriers and freight providers.
• Follow quality, environmental, health, and safety procedures and support audits and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or material-handling environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisation, and planning skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and the ability to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Ballyboughal facility.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, semiconductors, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of aerospace traceability, export compliance, shipping documentation, inventory control, or warehouse management.
• Forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience.
• Experience with quality-regulated environments, ISO standards, or quality management systems.
