IT Clinical Solutions Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $83,890–$142,610 per year

What you will do

• Define product vision, business value, boundaries, strategy, roadmaps, and feature requirements for IT clinical solutions.
• Evaluate industry solutions and perform build-versus-buy, cost-benefit, ROI, architecture, and solution-design analyses.
• Plan releases, versions, functionality, pricing, licensing, SaaS consumption, and on-premise maintenance considerations.
• Manage demand, project and incident escalations, third-party vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination.
• Define KPIs, monitor product effectiveness, and assess adoption, organizational readiness, training, and communications.
• Anticipate product obsolescence, plan data and functionality migrations, and identify risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience, including IT product management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and work experience.
• Must work remotely from the United States.
